Once confirmed, we will assign qualified auditors to conduct 1 man-day on-site assessment including social compliance audit. The initial on-site factory audit includes factory basic information, factory size, production process, product produced, main equipments, production capacity, quality management system, general social compliance, etc.
All the information will be gathered and confirmed with the previously provided to judge whether suppliers are reliable, honest, credible and qualified for the potential orders.
All the supplier audit information and professional suggestion will be recorded with a formal factory assessment report with detailed photos objectively and accurately.
Finally, a written and complete investigation and on-site assessment report will be sent to importers for final decision. All the information is confidential and never exposed to others than the appointing importers.
