Is China factory with lowest price suitable for China sourcing?

No, MEAN-HOW never support this opinion.

When selecting a China factory while China sourcing, suitable factories should be selected instead of factories with lowest price.

I ever met a French importer and he said you can find suppliers with every kind of price for a same product.He never place price on the first position when selecting China factories.

In my opinion, the below are th most important factors when selecting China factories:

1.Attitude of the management: honest,proactive,cooperative,willing to change, or not?

2.Facility condition:Is it too poor to improve?

3.Management system:Is it effective to ensure factory operation and product quality?

4.Production capacity; Subcontracted or produced in house?On time delivery can be ensured?

5.Trader or real factory: Does trader pretend to be factory?

6. Price: Is it reasonable to enure it can make some reasonable profit?

As importers, never place price on the first place.Otherwise,low price may lead to higher risks and bigger loss.
